While everyone else was driving to pick pumpkins and apples (up north), we took the weekend to drive to the beach. We ended up driving out to Fort Walton Beach in Florida and it was really gorgeous. On with the pictures!
So, I took about 20 pictures of seagulls for some reason.
Here' the ol' beach. We went walking on the sand in the morning and the weather was really nice.
The sunset shot.
We drove along the coast through Gulfport and Biloxi which was nice, but it took us awhile to get out to the beach.

Oh, man! You guys are soooo lucky...we are raking leaves, putting our gardens to bed and deck furniture away, washing windows and buttoning up for the winter months. Wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to jump in the car and drive to that beautiful beach for the weekend??? Enjoy while you can and think about permanent residence in the south!!! GAS
